Claude, along with co-founders Chris Patheiger, Nick Dauchez and Rick Arkell, is responsible for the innovative vision that has powered Redux Media’s rapid growth.
Claude has more than two decade’s worth of experience as a senior executive in public and private companies as well as government organizations. Before founding Redux, Claude was a member of the executive team at Zaq Technologies, as V.P. Acquisitions and Partnerships, and at Mamma.com where he was General Manager of their profitable FocusIn advertising network. Claude also brings with him years of experience in international business development acquired during his tenure as Game Executive/Asia for the video game developer A2M and with various international trade organizations.
As President, Claude’s role at Redux is to provide overall management and strategic direction for the firm. He is also responsible for financing and partnerships as well as acquisitions.
Claude is an experienced manager. His finance and organizational insight combined with his knowledge of the online advertising industry play a vital role in making Redux Media the innovator and market leader it is today.
Chris has been with the Redux team since day one. In fact, he is one of the original partners who helped found the company. Chris is an online advertising sales and partnership specialist with more than ten years of internet, marketing and management experience.
Chris oversees the creation of commercial strategy for Redux’s Narrowcast advertising network products from point of origin to point of delivery. He also manages media buying, planning and RFP fulfillment teams at Redux Media. Prior to founding Redux Media, Chris was Director of Sales at search engine pioneer Mamma.com.
Chris is a born entrepreneur and innovator. His out-of-the box thinking helped to develop and launch Redux’s Narrowcast product. Chris is a natural leader and communicator and is the voice of Redux as editor and chief blogger of both TheMediaPath.com and the Redux Blog.
Claude is a high-tech veteran who is the most recent addition to the Redux Media team.
Claude brings a C-level techno-strategist perspective to Redux’s already strong management team – helping guide the company’s vital technical decisions and development.
Claude has held a number of senior technology positions at important high-tech players. At Softimage, Microsoft and Avid he managed software development teams of over 100. At Bluestreak Technologies, Claude was COO overseeing technology strategy, software development, project management, integration, support and IT.
Claude is one of those rare individuals who is able to combine ground-up technical knowledge, strategic thinking and business acumen. He is a strong manager who knows how to get the most out of the talented individuals working with him.
Currently Claude is focused on developing and implementing the technical vision that will help Redux maintain and extend its market leading position. Claude also manages the ad operations team as well as supporting the business development, sales and production teams on issues involving technology.
Nick is one of the founding members of Redux Media and since helping found the company he has been one guiding forces behind the rapid growth of the organization.
Nick is responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of all local and international sales strategies. He also brings the strategic sales perspective to all of Redux’s marketing and product development initiatives.
As with the other founders, Nick joined Redux from search engine innovator Mamma.com where he was in charge of running agency relationships for Mamma’s very successful display and search networks.
Nick is an online advertising pioneer who is passionate about the ways online advertising can help build and leverage brands. His years of experience in all aspects of the industry mean he has in-depth real-world practical knowledge of the business. He also brings a strong strategic perspective on where the industry is headed based on his understanding of agencies and brands.
Brock has been with the Redux Management Team since joining the organization in 2008 from Got Corporation where he was Senior Account Manager. Brock is an industry veteran with more than 10 years experience in ad network sales and operations.
Brock oversees the day-to-day management of the Redux Media Exchange. His team handles publisher recruitment as well as the client support required to maintain a healthy and robust network landscape.
Brock is a strong team leader who believes that involving his team in important decisions brings different perspectives and, in a fast evolving space like online advertising, helps his team innovate and maintain Redux’s market leadership.
